Pod Spoons came from the seed of an idea to make spoons, bowls and utensils full time.

After receiving a spoon carving kit from my wife for Christmas, I was pretty much hooked by Boxing Day. After a couple of years learning the hard way, with the scars to prove it, I now make spoons and utensils most days.

From my home in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, I make spoons and other useful objects from fallen wood, recycled timber and the odd piece from the log pile.
